Singapore 2023 Trip Itinerary: Traveling with a Child

We went to Singapore last 2023 and we visited various places that suited my kid. Here’s the itinerary of our trip. As for where we ate, read about my Singapore Food Trip 2023.

Day 1: Sentosa Island Singapore
We were supposed to go to Universal Studios Singapore but we were unable to buy tickets to USS because ticket sales were limited even though it was a weekday that time. We decided to explore Sentosa Island, mainly the Palawan Beach.
DAY 2: Chinatown
I wanted to try Singapore’s public transportation so we rode the bus and the MRT going to Chinatown. We checked out some temples and shopped for qipaos (Chinese dresses) for me and my daughter. The Tintin Shop was also located in Chinatown so we shopped for some Snowy plushies as well.

DAY 2: Souvenir Shopping
We bought some food products at FairPrice and Sheng Siong Supermarket to bring back home.

DAY 3: Merlion Park
We took a photo at the iconic Merlion Park.

DAY 3: Bouncy Paradise
Claiming to be the “World's Largest Indoor Inflatable Playground”, Bouncy Paradise is definitely a fun place for kids and kids at heart.

DAY 4: Universal Studios Singapore
Be prepared to queue for a long time if you’re not getting the express pass at Universal Studios Singapore. I also shopped for some souvenirs here since my sibling asked me to buy something from USS. It was definitely a tiring day, we dedicated the whole day to exploring USS.

DAY 5: Singapore Botanic Gardens
If you’re into flowers and nature, then you’ll love Singapore Botanic Gardens. It’s quite hot and humid here so it’s better to wear something comfortable. When we went to Singapore Botanic Gardens, it started drizzling. Luckily, I always bring an umbrella with me.

DAY 5: Gardens by the Bay
After Singapore Botanic Gardens, we went to Gardens by the Bay. Unlike Singapore Botanic Gardens, Gardens by the Bay was mostly in airconditioned areas so it was definitely more comfortable. However, some areas of Gardens by the Bay did involve queueing. For more photos, you can check out my Facebook post.

You can book your tickets at Klook.
